The Lakes Region
hosts a wide variety of special events each year. They range
from small and simple all the way to events so large that they
gain national attention. From the oldest motorcycle rally in the
world, to world championship sled dog races, to an ice fishing
derby that draws people from every state in the country, there are
always some happenings going on.
