Early spring, not long after ice out, is a great time to enjoy the lake.  There is always room at the public docks. A quiet and peaceful early fall day. With the water temp, down into the 50's, the beach is used pretty sparingly. A July heat way sends droves of people to the beach. The famous Weirs Beach sign.
